Clifford Thomas Henry

He was the son of Zelma Nina Hertenstein and Lewis “Roxie” Henry.

He is survived by his son, Tim Henry and best friend and classmate of Bellefontaine, Ohio High graduating class of 1956, Pamela Rae Porter Patterson, Employees of Code Electrical Classes and Bookstore, Electrical Instructor of over 22,000 students, and author of over 140 books. He was the founder of Code Electrical Classes Inc. “The leader in electrical education world wide.” I loved my work, never retired, but I was getting tired after 67 years on the job. My dear Mother raised me and taught me my work ethic. I’ve discovered in my journey that you don’t have to be scared that you didn’t have the right education or background or image. You can be the most common person in the world and still do something uncommon with your life. If you can read a book, thank a teacher. If you can read the book at night, thank an electrician. When I realized that I have the ability to teach and write books and began down that path, I have not worked another day since then! The true passion and purpose for my life began when I started teaching. That passion is being able to make a difference in the lives of others. If you have an opportunity to make things better and you don't, then you are wasting your time on earth. I have always imagined that Paradise will be kind of a library. Any man can surround himself with books will have at least one place in the world in which it will be possible to be happy.

One of the best feelings in the world is knowing that your presence and absence both mean something to someone.

The meaning of life cannot be told; it has to happen to a person.

To not be forgotten as soon as you are dead, either write things worth

reading or do things worth writing.

I am a part of almost everyone I’ve ever met.

If I could give my son and companion Pam one thing in life, I would give them the ability to see themselves through my eyes. Only then would they realize how special they are.

Don’t cry because it’s over. Smile because it happened.
