Clarence L. Mackey, Jr.

Mr. Clarence Leon Mackey, Jr., 77, of Orlando, Florida, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2013. Born in Miami, Florida on May 14, 1935, he was the son of Clarence, Sr. and Millicent Roberts Mackey. Mr. Mackey was employed as a custodian. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Mr. Mackey is survived by his spouse, Mrs. Betty J. Mackey, sons Clarence, III, Keith Mackey, Garrick Mackey, Zachary Gray and George Stubbs, daughters Lateefah Gray, Kameelah Gray and Melissa Stubbs, seven brothers, two sisters and thirteen grandchildren. Funeral services will be held April 19 at 10:00 a.m. at Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, 4077 Prince Hall Boulevard, Orlando. Interment will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 18 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Carey Hand Colonial Funeral Home, 2811 Curry Ford Road, Orlando, 32806.
