Charles Martin Mahoney

Charles was an Air Force veteran who loved his family, friends, and country. He was a member of the National Rifle Association, Mid-Florida Realtor’s Association, Oath Keepers, and Founder/President of NOAH Foundation Realty. He was a devoted husband, father, step-father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife and partner of 14 years, Glenda; daughters, Rebecca(Matt), Michele and Alyssa; step-daughters, Cherie(Mark) and Lora(Luke); brothers, George(Lisa) and Michael; sister, Jeanne; ten grandchildren as well as many friends and wonderful neighbors.

Chuck was affectionately known as “MacGyver” as there seemed to be nothing he couldn’t fix or he’d find/create a way to fix it. In his early years, he helped to lay down sod on the Disney golf courses before Disney opened in 1971. He also installed drywall and worked in the Forestry Division in Central Florida. He became a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in 1985 and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in 2003. Chuck found a passion in helping ‘first-time homebuyers’ to purchase a home using city, county, or state down payment assistance programs….all within an affordable budget for each client.

A ‘Celebration of Life’ service will be held at New Hope Worship Center, 11609 S. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, at 12:00pm, on Saturday, July 19, 2014. There will be a time for sharing stories of how Chuck may have personally touched your lives. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the New Hope Worship Center or to the family for medical expenses
