Billy was an amazing person and a strong spirit. He was always so positive and free spirited. Billy was always so supportive of my art career and was one of the first people to buy a piece from me. I remember pool days at the house and his little sea monkeys he had on the windowsill. He will always be remembered in love and light.

I spent many years of my childhood at Billy’s home with his son Steven and my brother. He always treated us like we were more than just kids, and he always took care of us. I’ll always be grateful for the great memories he helped facilitate and hope he is finally at peace.

Billy was an amazing individual. He was a very special person in my family’s life and his legacy will continue to live with us. He was a free spirited, strong, and charismatic person. He will be missed by many and remembered by all.

So sorry to hear of Billy’s passing. I had the honor and privilege to serve alongside Billy in Hawaii in the early 80s.  Godspeed my friend.

My childhood best friend’s father, Billy was as tough as they came but had a big heart. I'll always remember him taking me and Steven to school, spending weekends in Daytona beach at the condo, or just hitting up wing shack. Billy always made sure me and Steven had a good time growing up. He will be missed dearly, love ya Billy, hope you’re finally resting.

Billy was one of the sweetest. He called me young warrior every time we saw each other. I’ll always cherish our conversations about our time in service. Although they were years apart, we always understood what each other had to overcome. He will be sorely missed. Rest easy Billy ♥️

I know Billy from his time in the Netherlands. He lived in the same village as me. I got to know him as a sweet, funny guy. There were often parties in the house where he lived. He was also a kind of father figure for the other Americans stationed here.

I wish you all the strength you need to cope with this loss. He passed away too soon.

Billy at his 70th birthday party that  a bunch of us threw for him and then somebody made him a boob cake and there’s him putting his face on the Boobs and other parts. 
Whoever was at the party you remember it was just a funny funny time at that point and I happen to take pictures so God bless him. We love him so much and will miss him forever. Love everybody that loved him.

My Uncle Billy inspired me to create my own military career. I admired and respected him very much. He was a leader and standard bearer for our family establishing a life of service to our nation and bringing honor to our family name. He will always be remembered by me as the person who inspired excellence and did not mind telling you when you were veering off course. My heart overflows with love and sympathy for his children and direct family. I am honored to be a part of his family. I look forward to reuniting with him in Heaven in the future.
