Albert Philip Ammirato was born in Brooklyn New York on November 23, 1918. He passed away peacefully at the young age of 100 years old on November 27, 2018. He is survived by his beautiful wife of 72 years Josephine and his five children, Connie, Louis, Kathy, Nancee and Alice. He was blessed with four Grandchildren Ross, Jennifer, Brel and Taran and three Great Grandchildren, Jonathan, Zachary and Maisie and his two son-in-laws, Patrick and Gary. Albert is the last surviving sibling of 4 brothers and 4 sisters, growing up in Brooklyn. He served in WWII as an Army Sgt. and traveled to Australia, South Africa and Egypt during his tour of duty. Albert's early career was spent making circuit boards for computers and later he became a talented woodworker, building many projects for his family. He enjoyed having fun with his family and taking them on vacations to Florida and visiting his Grandchildren in England and Minnesota. He was a big Mets fan while living in New York and enjoyed seeing the Magic play when living in Orlando.
He was a loving husband, a wonderful father and always helpful friend, he will always be missed and loved by all of us. God Bless you my beautiful Husband and Dad.
