I hold so many memories, chats, and laughter we shared.  His gentle spirit and contagious boisterous personality was a beacon to all.

I want to thank God above for giving me you, I never thought you had so much love to give you gave so much love to so many peoples you branded so many hearts in many ways wherever you walked you lit the the room you were the live of the party, everyone that new you knows the type of person you were.
You brought so much joy , happiness laughs even tears..
But SON RONALD..I can say this you left many memories I can’t believe how many you left.
For whatever pain you had in yourself you brought a rainbow 🌈 of colors.
Son I’ll miss your calls your voice. You in general for I know your on your way to heaven I can picture you racing to heaven through those clouds and your brother Jesse waiting for you by the golden gates, shocked saying “ what happened to you?” Dummy…..
But your brother will be happy to have you by his side he won’t be alone then you both can dance  the night away “ oh by the way don’t forget to play your one of your favorite songs

To my Mendoza family I an truly heart broken for the loss of our beloved Ron, Jr was a fantastic human he spread Love everywhere God needed a Warrior fitness Guru, and chose Ron, jr. He knew his heart was full of Love I will miss his inspirational, motivational, spirit 💜 Shine that little light of yours from heaven my darling nephew I'll look too the Heavens 💔😭 Love Aunt Maggie 

As i read these memories that bring me to tears . My memory goes way back to when i was 5 you were in karate classes and showed me what you learned which made me love ninja turtles and want to take karate. Fast forward u were the original club kids n ur smile and energetic dance moves would light the dance floor not to mention your  edginess. Never one to fight or Drama . I admired u from afar. Fast forward we realized w were the same ones from our moms times n tht sealed it. You were 1st to embrace me back to the community @market days i hugged u so tight n crying n shaking .u told me in my ear "its ok i got u ,dont cry,its over now" that was my last good memory" out there".don't think i can go back this year. Seems dark without u. My guide my friend my " cuz"Love u  mer-man 

Ron was my favorite part of the work week because I knew he would lift my spirits up during his Tuesday classes at Movement. He had the greatest energy and I will miss his infectious smile. He was so inspirational. I’ll always keep his saying “Don’t go through that range of motion, just to go through the range of motion” in my mind. RIP Ron.

Ron was an amazing presence in class and at work. I could always count on great conversation and perspective when speaking with Ron, he was an amazing soul. Always willing to help and serve, he will definitely be missed. 

Ron always lit up a room and his stoke and zeal were contagious. He taught and guided in a way that you always felt supported and gently pushed without judgement. I'm so grateful that our paths crossed.

Ron's enthusiasm was unmatched. His zest for life is inspiring! I genuinely enjoyed taking fitness classes with him. He always made me feel like I belonged. He will be sorely missed 

Ron was a wonderful person. I was dealing with a lot of anger and frustration after losing my job, and Ron's Thursday fitness class at Movement was the highlight of my week. Working out and feeling strong always took my worries and stress away. Ron gave me hope that my body would always look after me if I stayed healthy and strong even when I had no control over everything else. I will always be grateful to have him in my life and happy for my fellow climbers at Movement. He helped us believe in ourselves again. 

My deepest sympathy to Ron's family and friends.  Ron was not only a beautiful person but a beautiful soul.  I met Ron through my ex-husbands family and Ron helped me get through my battle with self image at a time in my life when I was down.  He always had nothing but positive words of encouragement and most importantly was one of the two persons who helped get me physically to wear I wanted to get to at that time in my life.  You are truly missed but will never be forgotten.  All my love, Hilda

My sincerest condolences to the family. Ron was a ray of sunshine and will be dearly missed. I had the great privilege of subbing for some of his fitness classes. Students/Members would light up and work just a little bit harder because Ron always brought his A-game! Even those who did not meet Ron knew of him. That's the blessing Ron gave to this world. His ability to leave a positive impact on the lives of many. A ripple effect of love and growth! I'm so sorry for your loss. Such a tremendous loss. 

Baby Ronald your light was so bright to the world, that even now your light remains.  You have touched so many hearts and lives.  That smile, laugh and love will never fade away.  The family chain is broken and nothing seems the same.  Thank you for all the memories you gave us all.  Until we are together again, you will be dearly missed. Your memories will forever be in our hearts.
