Richard Albert Boswell, age 93,passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022 in Thousand Oaks California. Richard was born March 18, 1928. He was a city of Chicago Sheet Metal worker for over 30 years; member of Sheet Metal Worker' International; proud Army paratrooper in WWII; respected member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Oak Lawn. He is survived by his daughter, Robin Boswell-Thomas and son-in-law Ronald Thomas. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ruth A. Boswell; son Rodney J. Boswell; both his parents and brother.
A visitation will be held at Orland Funeral Home 9900 W. 143rd Street, Orland Park on Thursday March 3, 2022 from 9:00am until 12:00 noon with a chapel service to immediately follow. Interment at Chapel Hill Garden South Cemetery.
