Peter P. Paciga, age 92, US Army Veteran, passed away on October 4, 2024. Loving husband of 54 years to the late Alice Paciga; Beloved father to Kristen (John) Goliak; Cherished grandfather to Nathan and Andrew Goliak; Uncle and great-uncle to many. Peter was preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Mary Paciga, along with sisters, Marian (Michael) Rickson and Lillian (Joseph) Simmons. Visitation for Peter will be from 3-7 PM on Friday, October 11, at Orland Funeral Home, 9900 W 143rd St, Orland Park, IL. Funeral to begin at 9:15 AM on Saturday, October 12, at Orland Funeral Home, proceeding to Our Lady of the Woods Church, 10731 W 131st St, Orland Park, IL for a 10 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations in Peter’s name may be made to the Salvation Army, 5040 N Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60630.
