Samuel Shive Jr., age 66, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2024. He was born in Lemoyne, PA and served his country proudly, retiring from the US Navy. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Samuel was predeceased by his father, Samuel Shive, Sr and his brother, Norman J. Shive. He is survived by his loving wife, Roberta A. Shive of Jacksonville, FL; son, Shiloh D. Shive of Jacksonville, FL; mother, Patricia A. Shive of Mesa, Arizona; 2 sisters: Wanita L. Long of York Haven, PA and Anastasia L. Shive of Marysville, PA; niece, Laila Long; nephew, Sheldon Neumyer-Shive; and a host of extended family and friends.
Military Services will be held 11:30 AM, Monday, January 29, 2024 at Jacksonville National Cemetery (LANE 3), 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL.
