It's still hard to believe that Mom Bobby has passed away.  I will always remember her fondly with Love and laughter. She is forever in my heart!  Rest in Peace, Beautiful Soul!

Services will be; 
May 21 at 11:30 am funeral at Our Lady of Mercy 9200 Kentsdale Dr., Potomac Md 20854 and the burial is at Gate of Heaven Cemetery at 13801 Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring, MD. and brunch at Congressional Country Club at 8500 River Rd, Bethesda, MD  20817 

How do you put into a few paragraphs a friendship that was more like a sisterhood, a relationship that spanned over 70 years?  From grade school to high school sleepovers, to being pregnant with 2 of our children practically at the same time, to having wine nights, dancing at the hotel bars, to summer visits.  The memories are too many to even list.        

Little did I know that when I was 7 that this was the type of friendship we would be destined to have. 

The summer vacations in Maryland were the absolute best.  We would laugh, cry, play lots of Yahtzee, run the daycare, swim, eat the Doritos in the bedroom and try not to crunch too loud so the kids wouldn’t hear us, and just have the best time. 

Bobbie was always there for me.  She never judged or criticized for anything that was going on in my life, she would always just listen and offer her support.

I already miss our weekly phone calls and still cannot grasp that we won’t be talking again in this world. 

I miss you my sister friend.  Until we meet again. 

ALL of my FAVORITE childhood memories are of me and my mom, your best friend, getting on the Greyhound bus and heading to Silver Spring, MD for the summer. What I wouldn't do to be a kid again and go on one last summer vacation and hear you yell at me and Ken for fighting over smacks. RIP Aunt Bobby. I love you more than you could ever know. My summer home....

Bobbie will always be remembered, never forgotten and forever loved in are hearts. I will always remember the fun times I had with her growing up and those great Yatzy game She, Kelly and I would play!  She was a wonderful person  with a great laugh who loved to dance and live life.  She was loved by so many for I am one of them.  Forever rest in peace!
