Marcia Matrice Smith Robinson, 50, went home to be with the Lord, on December 11, 2018. She began her passionate life of service in Panama City, FL, born on May 17, 1968 to Columbus Smith Jr. and the late Bertha Rea Smith. Upon graduating from Rutherford High School in Panama City, she went on to earn her certification in childcare from Haney Vocational-Technical Center. Marcia dedicated nearly 30 years of her life to developing and nurturing young children from infancy to early childhood. Never focused on status, or accolades, Marcia always lived within her gifts and purpose which were centered around her three most important inspirations, God, family and children. Marcia is survived by her loving husband of 22 Years Demetrius Robinson; Children: Cepeda Robinson, Step Daughter; Nina Robinson, Step son; Demetrius Robinson Jr.; Sisters: Tanya Hill (Robert), Tynetta Newman (Daniel Sr.) and Shawn Smith; brother, Moriya Smith (Eulinda); Sister and Brother-in-laws: Kathy Robinson (Anthony), Audrey Robinson, Dwayne Gross Sr., Phyllis Stephens (Kenneth); Erica Gray (Calvin); Nephews and Nieces: Terrell Hill, Rasheen Hill, Daniel Newman Jr., Dironada Strange, Laquwanda Brown, Quaneshia Brown, Shaneal Gray, Kenyatta M. McCray, Dwayne Gross Jr., Cevonta Heagle, and a host of other nephews and nieces. She will also be missed by her loving aunts, uncles and many cousins.

Marcia’s memorial service will be held at River City Community Church (Sanctuary), 6561 Firestone Rd Jacksonville, FL 32244 at 11 AM. Repast will be held at River City Community Church (Recreational Center) immediately following service.
