Diane M. Long, 65, passed away on August 7, 2015. She was born December 18, 1949 in Marengo, Iowa and resided in Orange Park, Florida. Diane worked at NAS Jacksonville, Florida and was the Personnel Manager at The Commander Naval Region, Southeast. She enjoyed reading, cooking, solving crossword puzzle, and spending time with her family and grandchildren. Mrs. Long is survived by her husband of 40 years, Gene Henry Long, sons Curtis Smith(Fitz), Derek Smith, Christopher Smith and Joseph Long; brothers Dan, Perry and Jim Brodigan; and 4 grandchildren, Cameron, Colin, Connor and Gabriella. She is predeceased by her parents John Lyons and Darlene Brodigan and sisters Debbie and Sharon. A visitation will be held Wednesday, August 12, 2015 from 6-8pm at HARDAGE-GIDDENS RIVERMEAD FUNERAL HOME, 127 Blanding Blvd Orange Park, FL. and a funeral mass will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at 10 AM at St. Catherine of Siena, 1649 Kingsley Ave Orange Park, FL.
