Cherie Lee McClure

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mother, Cherie Lee McClure, of Orange Park Florida. She passed away peacefully in her home on August 27th 2018. She was born in Lohrville Iowa on May 18, 1956 to Bonnie Lou Schamel and the late Frank Edward Schamel.

She is survived by her three children, Jennifer Miller and her husband Eric, of Green Cove Springs, FL, Amy Hampton and her husband Gary, of Orange Park, FL, and Bryan McClure and his wife, Stacy of Jacksonville, FL; along with her seven grandchildren, Jacob Miller and wife Sky, Emma Miller, Cole Hampton, Logan McClure, Ciara McClure, Ashton McClure, and Owen McClure; one great-grandchild, Adalee Miller; mother, Bonnie Schamel ; and four sisters, Cindy Valenzuela, Sondra Peters, Shirley Goodrich, and Shelia Irwin.

She is preceded in death by her father Frank Schamel and nephew Todd Irwin where they are forever together and never apart again.

She is in heaven now but continues to look after us. Before her passing she told us that she would give us a sign that she is still with us by sending a butterfly.

We will love and miss you every day till we see you again!
