Betty Jean Martin - Born 11/12/1928, Passed 6/19/2014. She is proceeded by William J. "Yankee" Martin after 64 1/2 years of beautiful marriage. As well as her dear sons William J. Martin II, David E. Martin. Betty retired from the Jacksonville Police Department after 32 years.
Survivors are her loving daughter Carol (Eddie) Dykes, granddaughters Donna Stephens, Michelle Moore, & Jennifer (Zane) Koonce. The loves of her life great-grands Devon Wright, Trinity Koonce, Paytience Bonner and Zeonna Robinson. Two loving sisters Jacquiline Barber and Mary Ann Birch, several nieces and nephews, and her life long friend Frances Atiken.
Funeral services will be held at Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home 127 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL. Monday, 6/23 11:00 a.m.
