Adam Thomas Beal

Adam Thomas Beal, age 28, of Middleburg, Florida passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2010. He was born January 29, 1982 in St. Vincent’s Hospital, Jacksonville. He was preceded in death by his mother Leah Elaine Beal. Survivors include his wife Ashley, her daughter Kayleigh, his daughter Ava Leah Beal, her mother Andrea Lavoie, father William Timothy Beal and wife Helen, brothers Brian Beal (Sarah) , Aaron Beal, sister Lori Smith (Tony), of Jakin, Ga. Funeral service will be held Monday July 19, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home, 127 Blanding Blvd. Orange Park, FL 32073, with Pastor Dale Kitchens officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Peoria Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Buddy Meenks, Justin Hodges, James William, Jeff Yost, Earl and Nelson Prescott, honorary bearers are Jody Beal and Terry Crews. Join us in sharing his life at www.mem.com
