My sincere condolences to the Heller family.  I lived across the street from the Heller's on Boyden Rd in Northfield when we went to Jr High and HS. We spent many days playing basketball, baseball, football, hockey, riding mini-bikes, and trying to stay out of trouble. I left for the Army when I was 17 and never saw Tom again.  I connected with him over the internet in 2012 and we started to talk about getting together again.  I just realized he had passed last year.  RIP my dear friend RIP.

Its extremely hard for me to know im not gonna be there for everyone in a time like this, but my thoughts and prayers are with everyone of you all today and forever. Tom to me was my longtime baseball coach, friend, and best bud. Him and I talked about sports and ways to make my life better each and everytime i saw him. He was truthfully an awesome person, and it hurt me very bad to learn about his passing. He was the fatherly figure id never had, and made me open my eyes to being a better person. I will always have him in my heart, and am very sad to know hes passed. I do know hes in a better place, and probably getting ready to watch some Cleveland Indian baseball right about now. Today I am the biggest Buckeye in world for him. Im gonna miss him. May god be with us all to get us through these hard times, i know hes going to be with us all. I love you pops

Coach tom was not only a coach but he was like a father I never had . He was the only coach that gave me a chance when nobody else would.  He was there to talk about sports all the time . Ill never forget our championship pirates team . You will forever live on . Not gonna lie I'm pulling for the brownies this season . Rip coach tom gone but never forgotten

There is not a lot you can say about Tom that has not been said here. He was a co-worker, a coach, a respected  manager, but mostly he was my friend. My prayers are with his family. His memory makes me smile. Thanks for everything Tom.

Pat, Ryan and Tommy, This is my fourth attempt at entering something. I don't want you to think I didn't try. Firstly, I am so sorry you are having to go through this trial. Nothing can ever replace a Dad; especially one who obviously was soo proud of each of you and loved you so much. My favorite and numerous memory of your Dad is on the baseball field, full of frustration, throwing his hat (as hard as he could) into the dirt. I don't think it made a big difference, but Inknow it must have made him feel better because he did it for years! Haha. Kristi, I love you and nothing can erase the years you shared. I just pray your multitude of amazing memories will hold you all together through this trying time. This world has lost a wonderful man. He will be missed!

Hi Heller Family, you probably don't remember me and to be honest, I don't remember Tom all that well, but the small (yet vivid) memories I do have of him all leave me remembering what an awesome father he was. I remember baseball and y'alls house that sat on the corner. I remember him telling Eddie and y'all to stop convincing me to drink "cow juice" (grape soda) and I remember how proud he was of his family. So sorry to hear of this loss, but I hope his memory stays alive for long to come. Please let me know if y'all need anything. Love and prayers.

My heart goes out to Tom's whole family. Tommy was my oldest cousin. When we were young my family was always over aunt Pat's. Tom and Tim let us younger kids just hang out always in the basement listening to music. Seasons in the sun was something that always seemed to be playing. They don't play that song much anymore but on those rare occasions when I hear it I always get a huge smile on my face thinking about my awesome cousin. Love and prayers.

Tom and I worked together for a graphics company throughout the state of Florida from 1983 until I moved to Alabama in 1995. Our favorite place was Dunkin' Donuts first thing every morning before we separated to go different routes as field engineers. A vivid fun memory is our "one and only" trip to the Ruth Chris Steakhouse, which Tom chose for our annual review dinner with our supervisor from Atlanta, who later told us, "In the future, try to choose a place a little less expensive." :) My wife and I have fond memories of time spent with Tom and his wife Kristi at company functions, as well as the St. John's Riverboat Cruise they took us on. They had adorable twin boys, Patrick and Ryan, at the time, but Tommy came along around the time we left Florida. We always stayed in touch, at least at Christmas, and were blessed to have Tom and Kristi visit us in Alabama once. We will miss Tom.

My cousin, Tommy!  Although he was "much" older than me, I always thought he was very cool! I was honored to be the flower girl in his wedding and I have fond memories of that awesome long dress that made me feel like a princess.  I also remember that he saved a dance for me!  When I was a little older, I spent a few weeks in Florida (my first plane trip from OH) with Kristi and Ryan and "Packy" to help her with the little cuties while Tom was away.  I was there for their first birthdays and cannot believe they are grown men and have babies of their own now!  Finally, the last time I saw Tom was at my own wedding in 2003 and it was so much fun to reminisce and laugh with him.  Great memories of a great, kind man!  My love to Kristi, Ryan, Patrick, Tommy, Timmy and the entire family!

I am Tommy's cousin. As youngsters I have no doubt I was annoying always wanting to hang around with my super cool older cousin Tommy, he, being the good man he is never minded. I cherish the memories! Sending my love to his family.

My step-brother, Tom, was a man who lived life in a big way.  He loved to have fun and was always up for a good time.  He was devoted to his sons, Ryan, Patrick and little Tommy.  Tom loved sports - the ultimate fan for Ohio teams.  He loved to talk football, baseball and basketball with my dad, Ed Zenobi, whom he considered his father.  Unfortunately, we haven't seen Tom in several years, but will miss him just the same.  His light was bright while it burned.  Our condolences and sympathy go out to the boys, to Kristi, to his brother, Tim, and all of his family and friends.

The thing that made Tom "Tom" was his coolness.  He was a truly cool cat.  He vibrated on a different level than most, and I am not ashamed to say that I tried to assume some of his essence in my own behaviors (not very successfully, though). Tom was a singular, unique, smart and interesting man, and I am better for having known him. Rage on, brother.

I'm so very sorry for the entire family. My heart breaks for you all. Tom was a very positive influence in my boys life as their coach, mentor and friend. He will be sadly missed. Sending love to the family

Tom was my friend.  His enthusiasm for all things Cleveland and sports was infectious. I found myself rooting for the Buckeyes, Indians, Cavs and Browns right along with my own teams, the Rangers, Yankees and Giants. He'd laugh if I said Knicks.  We both shared a love for the Triple Crown and he enlightened me about how to pick a winner.  Tom and I often discussed the music of the past and enjoyed discovering new bands and sharing music the other might like.  Politics was another fun topic we'd laugh so much at the ridiculousness of it sometimes.  Lastly, I want to mention his love of family. His boys and grandchildren meant everything to him. We shared stuff about our lives with each other on and off over several years.  He listened, I listened, we laughed and we cried. Not everyone is lucky enough to have a person like Tom Heller in their lives. I was lucky enough. He graced my life with his wisdom, humor, compassion and friendship.  Tom Heller will remain in my heart forever.

"Tommy was my cousin, there were 13 of us. He was number one and I was number six. When my sister and I were younger we spent a lot of time at my aunts house. I have many fun memories and walking on stilts that our dads made is one of the best. We had good times. Though all thirteen of us grew up and our lives have taken us different places, I take great comfort in the memories of us all. You will be missed, my deepest sympathy goes to his children, grandchildren and to my cousin's whom lost their brother."

Tom was my nephew and I spent a lot of time with him when he was growing up.  He was fun, smart and a joy to be with.   My husband was a wrestling coach when Tom was young.   He called Tom Stats because he knew all the wrestlers on our team as well as all the teams in our conference.  Tom loved sports of all kinds and was a devout Cleveland fan.     He enjoyed his family and loved to spend time with his sons and grandchildren.   We kept in touch and I will miss him. My thoughts, prayers, and love are with Tom's family and friends.

It's always hard to find the right words for an occasion like this. I worked with Tom for many years, in fact, He hired me!!. In a short time We went from being a Boss and an employee, to being friends. He was always there for me and helped achieved many successes in my professional life. In many ways, I can say, that thanks to him I became the person I am today. Even thought, We kind of lost touch in the last few years, His guidance, advice and encouragement always remained. My thoughts are with his family. He will be missed...

You will be greatly missed Uncle Tom. I'll always remember you for being able to make all of us kids laugh and the die hard Ohio sports fan you were, even though you lived in Florida. I only worked with Tom remotely over the phone from time to time, but I was always smiling by the end of our conversation. A kind man with a quick, humorous wit.  He will be deeply missed. May the peace of God be with your family at this time.

I am at a loss for words.  I also had the absolute pleasure of working with Tom over the years. We had some great times together thru the years...the laughter stands out in my mind.  Truly a good buddy. He will be missed..  thoughts go out to the boys and the rest of the family..

Condolences to all his boys and brother and family and friends that loved and cared for him. My boys grew up with Tommy and his Dad on those Dewey baseball fields, and traveled to World Series as a team on several occasions. Though we have moved on from that wonderful time in our lives, it will always be a fond memory, and this family and man were a part if. Tom was my supervisor at GEI Wideformat for a while then we worked together when I moved over to CES, Tom will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I knew Tom through working with him at Calcomp and GEI.  Tom made himself available to assist with those very tough
repair problems.  Always had a sense of humor that made work go lots easier.  A joy to have worked with Tom.
