Sonia will be missed by everyone her smiling face,her laughter a wonderful lady prayers for all

I received the news today of the passing of Sonia. Though many days have passed since we worked together for the “New City of Deltona,” the memories are still fresh in my mind of times shared both on the job and off. Sonia was loyal, personable, warm-hearted, good-humored and fun-loving. Her  fond memory will stay with me forever. My sincere condolences to her family and friends. 

My aunt Sonia was hilarious, loving, wild, free spirited, and an amazing aunt.  She always made me laugh and I knew we would always have fun together. I will always remember her hugs when she would come to visit and I wish I could have just one more. Her friends and family loved her so much and we will all miss her. I love you aunt Sonia. 

I have so many good memories of Sonia,..... our fun dinners together -  Audrey and I and Charles and Sonia.....and will always hold dear the memory of that auspicious day on which Charles and I met Sonia for the first time, at lunch in Apopka, ....and then later that day we  met Audrey for the first time, at the Holiday Inn in Winter Park, having a cocktail, killing time until a meeting with Richard Corwin to explore a planned hiking adventure to Machu Picchu.....an amazing day! both of us meeting the great loves of our lives on the same day.

In growing up, we don’t realize the importance of all the people who make us who we are, until
we’re in our lives, without them - for all the patience, inclusion, kindness, and love Sonia ever extended to me, I regret not being able to personally thank her. 
She was everything, as women, we hope to become: Tenacious, Successful, Beautiful, Honored, and Adored.
It’s by the example she set that we, as girls, learned to speak up for ourselves, to pursue beyond achievement, to look the part while making it look easy, to not take ourself too seriously, and to shrug things off and have a little fun. She was so much a part of my schema. 
I have and will continue to miss her, endlessly. 
Sonia has and will continue to live on in everything I do. 

Our sister Sonia is now at peace.  She kept her sense of humor, was pleasant and a fighter til the very end.   We are all heartbroken.  We will miss  her unbelievably… our time together was way too short.  We will forever have another empty space in our family.  We pray for Sonia now that she is at peace with Jesus and that God helps us get through losing her.
