Born March 8th, 1945, died March 14th 2020. Sandy lived a full life right up to the end as she was
surrounded by her family. She always said her children were her greatest achievement. She was always there for them to hear their joys and sorrows and she always had good advice. She could lift your spirits up and help you remember what was really important. She was after all a mother of 7. When she was younger she traveled all over with her family. She loved to cook, garden, read and crochet. She was a member of the Relief Society and church was a very important part of her life. She had many callings, her latest calling was librarian. She loved to serve, loved having the missionaries over for dinner. She went to work and joined the law enforcement family when her youngest started school. She retired from the Seminole
County Sheriffs Office in 2011 as an assistant supervisor in the communications division. She was a friend to all. Her happiest moments were having a well stocked pantry and cooking a delicious meal surrounded by her large family, crowding the dinner table and every nook and crannie. She will truly be missed. She was loved beyond measure. She is survived by her 7 children, Joyce Fagan (Charley), Jeanne Appel (Craig), Tim Goodenough (Shari), Tom Goodenough, Tami Urena (Bill), Ron Goodenough (Angie), Jennifer Timpano (Mike), 16 grandchildren, 5 great grand children and her brother Raymond Grassman.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ray & Dorothy Grassman and her brother Dave Grassman.
We know there are many who want to say their goodbyes and show their respect for Sandy, unfortunately due to the time which we are living with COVID19, for the safety of all concerned, it breaks our hearts but we must restrict those coming to the funeral to only immediate family who are completely well. We appreciate your support in this difficult decision.
