Mr. Brayton was born on May 25, 1924 in Burlington, Vermont, the son of Raymond and Helen Arnold Brayton. He was a machinist in aircraft tooling prior to his retirement.
He is survived by two sons, Don Brayton of Deltona, FL and Ricky Brayton of Silver Springs, FL; two daughters, Kathy Brayton of DeLand, FL and Susan Jaglinski of Tampa, FL; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Frank Brayton of Gastonia, NC and a sister, Frances Screws of Gastonia, NC; several nieces and nephews
He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly and two sons, Robert and Joseph.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, May 2nd at 10 am at Pine Ridge Fellowship, 945 Howland Boulevard, Deltona.
Memorial donations may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society or AmVets.
