Lydia Esther Narvaez, 79, was born on July 1st, 1942 in New York City. It is there where she met the love of her life, Miguel “Mikey” Narvaez. They married on November 26, 1960 and made a wonderful life for themselves where they raised their beautiful children. After Mikey retired, they moved to Deltona, Florida where they enjoyed a life full of family, friends, and celebrations.
Lydia battled cancer on and off for most of her life. She had a strength that was undeniable. Those who knew Lydia knew her to be a fighter and warrior, resilient with a spirit that never quit.
Lydia was a social butterfly who lived life to the fullest. She loved to throw parties, travel on cruises, get her hair and nails done, and play BINGO. Everyone who had the pleasure to meet her loved her and felt loved by her.
Lydia was a proud wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She leaves behind numerous family and friends who will miss her deeply but find comfort in knowing she is reunited with Mikey.
