Tia Juanity was some special lady you all know. She took the time and had the words to make everyone feel so special and apreciated. 

Shortly after I moved to MD from PR, a friend invited me and my brother (Frddie) to go a see a FANIA concert in downtown NY City. It was one of the last ones they had in those late 70's days. We called Tia for a place to stay. After so many years of not having seeing us (since our boyhood), she said to come. We arrived in the afternoon and hit the shower to get ready to party all night and returned to crash at her home in the wee hours of the night. I'm am sure she had to be worry about the two rooky to NY City nephews (irresponsible late 20 something)
 rooming about Manhattan, and likely very upset about how late we arrived to disturb both her and Pedros' rest, who by the way had to go and work first thing after dawn. Yet, she said nothing of it after we finally got out of bed. To the contrary, she ask us of our experience, dedicated her time to us, feed us well and send us on our way back to MD.

This was one of several encounters we had with her and family; and the phone calls when we would keep up to date with things in each of her family and my family's (of bro Wilfredo) life, each time a special one to remember and treasure.

I have no doubts that she earned her house in heaven and is there now looking after all of us. Many thanks to God for such a beatiful Gift to the world. Let us help her rest there in peace by doing the right thing with what God puts in front of us. Amen

Titi Juanita, You were my Aunt and Godmother. You baptized me when I was a baby. I still have that picture of you baptizing me when I was a baby, you were even my Godmother on my Confirmation… Even though we stopped being in contact with each other when you left to live In Florida 27 Years ago I kept on thinking about you as my Aunt and Godmother…❤️💜❤️💜🌺🌸🌺🌸

Our deepest condolences. May God give you the strength, love, hope, and faith during this difficult time. We had the privilege of knowing Juanita for 35 years and loved her sincere, energetic, fun, and loving personality. She was truly one of a kind. We will miss her deeply but know she is in heaven with our Lord, smiling down on us. May God bless you.
