Mrs. Howard was born on August 26, 1923 in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Ruben C. and Muriel Ramsdell Tell. She was united in marriage to Charles Howard for 41 years. She had been a receptionist at a bank prior to her retirement.
She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Charles; three sons, Robert McNeill, Douglass (Patricia) McNeill and Michael (Maria) McNeill; six grandchildren and two great-grandsons; and a brother, Commander William (Bette) Tell.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 28th at 10:30 am at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, FL, PH: 386-775-4260. Burial will follow at 1:00 pm at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
