James Edward Baily, 73, of Deltona, FL, passed away August 2, 2016. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Mr. Bailey moved to this area from Queens, NY in 1988. An army veteran, he enjoyed drawing and playing the keyboard and vibraphone. His greatest pleasure, however, was in spending quality time with his family. Mr. Bailey was pre-deceased by his parents, James and Gertrude (Blackwell) Bailey. Left to mourn his passing are his wife Carmen; sons Frank, James and Ricardo; Grandchildren Shekinah, Braxton and Shakayla; brother Keith and sister Gail Bailey. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm on Friday, August 8th in the Springs Room at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, where the funeral service will take place at 10 am the following day.
