Howard Cartee Dickerson Jr.

Howard Cartee Dickerson Jr. at 64 years young, passed away in the early morning of May 14, 2022 in his home surrounded by his loved ones. Howard was born February 28, 1958, in Pensacola, Florida and throughout his childhood lived in South Florida. He retired from AT&T after over 30 years and spent his days fishing, restoring muscle cars, and riding motorcycles. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend. He is preceded in death by his parents Gwindolyn Hansard and Howard Cartee Dickerson Sr. He is survived in passing by his wife of 26 years Sherry Dickerson, Sister Diane Shapiro, Children Jessica Dybas (David), Sara Baron, Christina Wood (Richard), Jack Becktel and 9 grandchildren Ayden, Addison, Alyssa, Anderson, Ainsley, Eli, Caroline, Edward, and Raylen.

A celebration of life gathering for Howard will be held Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 2-6 pm at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763.
