Francisca Ortiz, age 94 of Deltona, passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022. She was born November 13, 1927 in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico.
She was a beautician, then went back to college to obtain a degree in teaching. She came to New York city @1950 and moved to Florida in 1996. She enjoyed going to the local attractions and her best days were spent with the family.
