Deltona, FL, age 75, died on June 24, 2012. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Armand “Normand”; sons, Ronald (Darlene) Pelletier and Michael Pelletier both of Bristol, CT; daughter Janice (Ray) Burnell of Deltona, FL; grandchildren, Ellie Marie Pelletier and Cory Pelletier; sister, Georgette (John) Collier of Terryville, CT; several nieces and nephews.
Frances was the daughter of the late Arthur and Marie Plourde Rossignol and a former machinist for Black & Decker in Berlin, CT.
Visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday, June 27th from 4 - 7 pm at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, where funeral services will follow at 7 pm.
