Elwood AL Leroy Bauerle

DeBary, FL age 91 died on September 15, 2017. He was born November 3, 1925 the son of the late Roy and Jean Bauerle in Wyandotte, MI. AL is survived by 7 daughters, Jeanne (Larry) Laurine of Orange City, FL, Sue Karle of DeBary, FL, Barbara (Jerry) Hartwig of Brighton, MI, Jill (Ken) Wright of Rockwood, MI, Judy (Bob) of Lincoln Park, MI, Patricia Williams of DeBary, FL, and Tammy (Keith) Lovell of Debary, FL; 17 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; sister, Thelma Ammons of Wyandotte, MI; nephew Donald Bauerle of DeBary. AL was predeceased by his wife Shirley in 2004, sons in law, Jack Karle in 2015 and Jimmy Williams in 2017, brothers Donald and Marlin, sisters Evelyn Armstrong and Jean Ann Neimi. AL was a lifetime member of the VFW, Lions Club, Eagles, Moose, DAV, Masons and Shriners. He served our country during WWII in the US Navy.

Visitation for family and friends will be Sunday September 24th 10 am to 1pm at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home where funeral services will follow at 1 pm. Burial with Military Honors will be in Deltona Memorial Gardens, Orange City, FL. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to Halifax Health Hospice of Volusia Flagler, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, FL 32129.
