She was born in Oceanside, NY, on February 21st, 1962.
Debra (Debbie) was married to Bradley Wangelin for 37 years, having tied the knot on October 24th, 1987.
Debbie prided herself on being a stay-at-home mom and family CEO. She was strong in her faith and passionate about helping others as evident by her countless hours of volunteering for her boys' youth sports teams, Habitat for Humanity, and local Lupus support organizations.
In her free time, she enjoyed weightlifting, drawing, the beach, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Debbie was a fighter, battling Lupus along with many other illnesses until the very end.
She is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Bellini; her husband, Bradley Wangelin; her sons, Brett Wangelin (Aubrey) and Brandon Wangelin (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Brooks (3yr) and Brogan (2mo.); her sister, Elizabeth Lopez; and her brother, John Scotti.
Debbie will be remembered for her unwavering love, strength, and dedication to her family and community. Her legacy of kindness and resilience will continue to inspire all who knew her.
