He was born in Bronx, New York on January 14, 1961. David graduated from JFK High School in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. He married Betzaida Rios de Quinones on September 8, 1984. He was a ordained minister where he pastored a Pentecostal Church of the Assembly of God Ministries in Puerto Rico. He had a passion for preaching the gospel in accordance of the Bible and singing gospel songs.
He is survived by wife Betzaida; children, David, Jr., Jorge, and Dailian; grandchildren, Victoria Daliz and Diana Veliz, and siblings, George, Jr., Johnny, Daniel, Angel, and Jesus.
The family will receive friends from 6-7 pm at Centro Internacional de la Familia de Deltona, 2886 Elkcam Blvd., Deltona, FL 32738 with a celebration of life service to follow at 7 pm. Interment will be held at 11am on Friday, January 26 at Deltona Memorial Gardens, 1295 Saxon Blvd., Orange City, Florida 32763.
