Today marks 11years and my heart still aches .

I walked away from you as you told me stories when I was a child.Sometimes I cut you off or went off in another direction.I was glad to get gifts and candy but hardly gave anything back.Mom would write our names on the birthday card but I had nothing to do with it.I didnt ask much about your family or your past because I didnt care.I was caught in a selfish world of mine without much acknowledgement to you.As I got older,you got weaker.I tried to grow more patient.I finally let you finish your stories and I gave you hugs.I came around for birthdays and cherished the moments we had.I paid attention to the little things.You always thought I was beautiful when I swore I was ugly and fat.If you were here today,I would have so much more to tell but you passed away weeks ago and its too late.However you are in Heaven and ill see you again.We can talk about the good times and I swear this time I will listen.

Happy Friday Grandma. Its been almost two weeks since your passing. I miss you a great deal. I love you more than words can ever explain.

When the sunny skies turn from blue to gray,
I can't help but wonder just what you would say?

I wonder if you know how many lives you have touched,
Do you know that people here love you so much?

Can you even know how many dreams you made come true,
Or if you can hear the voices saying I love you?

And how many lives you completely rearranged?

Grandma I wake up this morning still feeling like you are not really gone.  I know it is because you will always be with me.  I will see your picture and say good morning every day just like you were still here.  I miss you already and dread not seeing your smile and excitement when i come to visit.  I know time will heal the pain and denial but you will always be alive within me and all the memories we shared. Xoxoxoxox =)

My Grandmother was kind yet sassy, strong yet vulnerable. She was friendly and made friends easily everywhere she went.  She was outspoken and strong willed, generous and dedicated. She was a fighter and fought for all of us at some point in our lives. My grandmother was giving and nurturing. She was spicy and funny. She had her own sense of style and awesome sense of humor. I will forever miss her wicked laugh. She had a passion for cooking that came across in every dish she made. I remember the time we spent cooking, teaching me along the way. My grandma was beautiful and full of life. She had a spirit like no one I have every met. If I could turn back the hands of time, I would give her all the time she so deserved. I would hold her tighter and would let her know just how much she meant to me. I would tell her " Grandma, Thank you for loving me and being there for the most precious times in my life. " All that is me is because of you. Thank you for all the beautiful memories. This is not goodbye but I'll see you later." " I miss you immensely, your memory will live on forever, you will always be in my heart. I love you."

Grandma, I cannot express enough just how much I miss you. You went too fast. I didn't get a chance to say goodbye.I love you so much and just cant wrap my head around the fact that I can no longer hold you or see you. I find my self just looking at your picture. I can hear you call my name. My heart is so torn apart. My mourning will end when we finally meet again. You were and will always be my everything. I adore you.

I will miss your voice and you calling me..and saying "como esta y Moncho(my husband)..and "Dios te bendiga hija...and remember you the only one that looks like me"I would say "yea" "yea..I love you too talk to you tomorrow bendicion".we would talk for hours after her Law AND Order of course..
Ma I will miss those calls and the Dios te bendiga..But I know from heaven you will give me your blessing and protect me ..Your my Angel..I want to say I thank you for giving me this life and for being there for me thru thick and thin..You know what I mean...
From heaven guide me cause I have a long rocky road ..
I want you to Rest now cause you are home..

It is with great sorrow that we have lost someone so special to the Diaz family. My Titi Aurora was and will be my favorite auntie. She was always willing to help others first than take care of herself. If there were more people in this world like my aunt, there would be no crime what so ever. Titi, YOU WILL BE DEEPLY MISSED. LOVE YOU SOOO MUCH. I will miss that unexpected call on Father's Day that came always right on time. :(

I am very sorry about the death of Aurora...She lived a long happy life. Her body may be gone but her spirit is not. We will all see her again one day. She is not alone in heaven because she has family members including Nico Boo Montesinos with her. Rest In Paradise, Aurora.
