The fifth child of nine, Ruth was born on September 20, 1943 in Leon, Kentucky. She was the daughter of James and Madgeline (Fuller) Bradshaw. Ruth lived a good portion of her life in Indiana but always considered Mansfield her home. Previously, Ruth worked as a waitress at Daugherty’s, and then worked as a sandwich artist at Subway in Ontario. Family was the center of Ruth’s world and she was very proud of her family. She was a faithful grandmother who found joy in attending her grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s events. Optimistic, Ruth tried to embrace and make the best of every situation she encountered. Spontaneous, Ruth loved to get up and go and was ready to take on any adventure. Her hobbies were endless as she loved to try new things. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, playing bingo, camping trips, and dancing. One of her favorite adventures was her trips to Las Vegas with her sister and niece making many fun memories and sharing lots of laughs. She was a previous member of the Moose Lodge.
She is survived by her children, Beverly Stillion-Ballard, Timothy (Julie) Stillion, and Brandon (Toni) Stillion; her grandchildren, Jami (Mike) Moore, Jordan (Jessica) Ballard, Bailee, Abby, Coleton, and Carter Stillion; her great-grandchildren, Kori, Jenna, Tristan, Mila, Hayzel, and Hayzon; her siblings, Mary (Donald) Ogle, Danny (Maggie) Bradshaw, and Raymond “Mick” Bradshaw; and many nieces and nephews.
