Margaret Joann Rust

Born January 12, 1935, in Mount Vernon, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Veta (Davies) Clutter. She worked for Therm-O-Disc for 30 years. Devoted to her church, she was a lifelong member of Seventh-day Adventist Church. Joann loved traveling all over the United States in her RV. She had a dry sense of humor and much wisdom to offer to others.

She is survived by a stepson, James Rust, Jr.; cousin, Kasie Alexander; several special nieces and nephews; and many cherished family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Clarence Rust and her second husband, James Rust Sr.; a son, Ricky Lepley; and a sister, Mary Pearl Weirick.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2:30-3:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1040 W. Cook Rd., Mansfield. A memorial service conducted by Pastor Israel Cavalli will follow at 3:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Seventh-day Adventist Church.
