He attended Sierra Vista High School and graduated in 1979. Just one year out of high school, he married his sweetheart, Nadine on November 8, 1980.
From 1981 to 1984, Roy served in the United States Army, received Rifle M-16 MKM Badge, Hand Grenade SPS Badge, Army Service Ribbon and Overseas Service Ribbon and was ranked as SP4 upon his Honorable Discharge.
Roy worked as a UPS Freight Truck Driver for over 30 years. In his free time he loved to play golf, go to the gym, play his guitar and working on his backyard. He loved spending time with his family and friends. But his favorite place to be was at church where he served as Head Usher for many years.
Roy was a member of Valley Community Church and had a deep passion for God.
He is survived by his parents Ruben and Antonia Ravago; wife, Nadine Ravago; children, Nadine Ravago, Gabriella Ravago, Roy Ravago, Genevieve Ravago; grandchildren, Manny Monter, Monet Monter, Audrey Monter, Zoey Ravago, Isaiah Ravago, Mason Ravago, Maddison Ravago and one baby boy on the way.
Roy's physical presence will be greatly missed here on earth by all who knew and loved him, yet, we take comfort in knowing he is absent from the body and is now present with the Lord.
