Richard Roy was born on December 3, 1948 in Sikeston, Missouri and passed away on April 17, 2018 in Rancho Cucamonga, California and is under the care of Draper Mortuary.

Celebration of Life will be held on April 21, 2018 at 10:00 am at Living Waters Church , 6010 Walnut Avenue, Chino, California.

Interment will be held on April 21, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Bellevue Memorial Park , 1240 W. G Street, Ontario, California.

They were preceded in death by Albert Lee Roy (Father), Elsie Marie Roy (Mother). They are survived by Cindy Roy (Wife), Heather and Jeremy Watson (Daughter & Son-in-law), Ryan and Jackie Roy (Son & Daughter-in-law), Savannah race Watson (Granddaughter), Tristan Dean Watson (Grandson), Sebastian Lee Watson (Grandson), Gunnar Roy (Grandson), Levi Roy (Grandson), Breitling Roy (Granddaughter), Beckham Roy (Grandson).

Serving as pallbearers are Ryan Roy (Active), Jeremy Watson (Active), Marvin Wright (Active), Marvin Lee Wright (Active), Richard Wright (Active), Robert Wright (Active).
