Ray H. Walker Jr, 80 years old, passed away on Sunday August 31, 2014 at home after many years of illness. He was loved and will be missed by his family and friends. Ray was a Locomotive Engineer for 23 years and a deacon at the Northkirk Presbyterian Church for many years. He served in the Navy during "The Cold War" and was honorably discharged in January 1957. He was an active member of the Ontario Elks-American Legion during the remainder of his life. He resided in Alta Loma, CA for 54 years. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Frances Walker and his children Ray H. Walker III (Love Walker), Laurel Smith (Jeffrey Smith) and Kimberley Heide, his grandson Robert Walker (Saleena Walker) Josh, Alan and Rachel Heide. Services will be held at Riverside National Cemetery, Thursday 9/11/2014 at 11:00 am in staging area 1. The Ontario Elks Lodge, 1150 W. 4th Street, Ontario, CA, Friday 9/12/2014 at 12:00 pm and A Celebration of Life Ceremony at Northkirk Presbyterian Church, Saturday 9/13/2014 at 11:00 am.
