Jose Eliseo Castellanos

Jose Eliseo Castellanos was born on June 18, 1944, to Jose Carlos Castellanos and Erlinda Escobar Castellanos in El Salvador. He moved to California in 1967 to marry his love, Ana Lilian. They were married 54 years. Eliseo and Ana Lilian had two children, Troy Eliseo and Sharon Priscilla.

Eliseo had a passion for music, movies, and dancing. Eliseo was known as Cheyo, Pops, Papi and Amorcito. Pops enjoyed being around family and friends. He always made sure everyone felt included and was having a good time. He loved to make us laugh. He was a sharp dressed man, who loved to look good and smell good! We will forever cherish the memories of listening to his favorite music, enjoying his ice cream, and the love he made us feel.

Cheyo earned his wings on Wednesday, January 26, 2022. He leaves to cherish his memory: his devoted wife, Ana Lilian, his children, Troy and Sharon, his loving grandchildren Dominique, Dariane, Demi, Jaden, Ryann, Corey, and Alexandrea and many friends and family.

A visitation for Jose will be held Wednesday, March 16, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Draper Mortuary, 811 North Mountain Ave, Ontario, CA 91762. A funeral service will occur Thursday, March 17, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM, 811 North Mountain Ave, Ontario, CA 91762. A committal service will occur Thursday, March 17, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 1712 S. Glendale Avenue, Glendale, CA 91205.
