Jackie, a beloved wife, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and humanitarian, departed from this world on January 11th, 2024. Born on November 10th, 1979, in San Gabriel, California, Jaclyn was the cherished daughter of Paul and Martha Rodriguez.
From a young age, Jaclyn harbored aspirations that resonated with ambition and a desire for positive change. She longed to cultivate a profound sense of confidence to conquer the world, yearning for constant growth and greater success. Yet, her dreams extended beyond personal achievement, encompassing a fervent wish for peace and happiness to grace her home.
Jaclyn's devotion to her family was unwavering. She harbored heartfelt wishes for her parents, sisters Gaby and her husband Todd, Blanca and her husband Edward, brothers Steve and Glen, and her husband Armando to lead healthy, fulfilling lives and to achieve their desired goals. She often expressed her delight in watching her niece Angie grow to become an exceptional mom to both baby Matthew and Vinny. As to her beloved nephews, Ethan, and Aaden, she was proud of the young men they were becoming. Her vision of preserving her family was grounded in a strong work ethic and unwavering dedication, a testament to her understanding of the path to fulfillment.
While Jaclyn seldom vocalized her worldview, her actions spoke volumes. She was a silent force, with no excuses for not actively shaping her own destiny. She quietly championed the end of negative behavior in her own world, caring deeply about her country and advocating for the character and morals necessary to build a better society.
Professionally, Jaclyn left a permanent mark, impacting countless lives in numerous places over her illustrious 27-year career. Her achievements were monumental, yet they paled in comparison to her fervent dedication to family life. Jaclyn's love extended beyond human relationships; her affection for her beloved puppies, Achilles, Abbey, and Gracie Ann, and the tender care she gave to her cherished plants (plantas) reflected the depth of her compassion and empathy for nurturing life.
In the wake of Jaclyn's passing, we remember a woman whose romantic ideals of a better world were matched only by her formal dedication to making a difference. Her legacy will forever be engraved in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have known her, as Jaclyn Darlene Rodriguez-Moran's impact on not only her world but the world of those who loved her remains eternally cherished.
A visitation for Jaclyn will be held Thursday, February 8, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Draper Mortuary, 811 North Mountain Ave, Ontario, CA 91762. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Bellevue Memorial Park, 1240 West G Street, Ontario, CA 91762.
