Gilda Trinity Garcia was born on November 18, 1928 in Hebbronville, Texas and was called home on August 30, 2016. She is preceded in death by her father, Alfonso Garcia and her mother, Trinity McCown, her husband Esteban Solis Garcia, and Granddaughter Tina Marie. She is survived by her brothers Robert McCown, Harold McCown, Victor Garcia and her only sister Idalia Garcia Davila.
She was a loving mother to 8 children, Alfonso (Carmen) Garcia, Virginia Malone, Oscar (Rita) Garcia, George (Karen) Garcia, Patricia (Roger) Bransteitter, Susie (Joe) Shaw, Grace (Harv) Fernandez, and Tony (Laura) Garcia. She is survived by 23 grandchildren, 57 great grand children and 1 great, great granddaughter.
Gilda married Esteban Garcia in November 1946 and at the time of his death in 2013 had been married and devoted to each other for 67 years.
