It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Frank Paul Lobo of Montclair, California. Frank entered into rest at the age of 87 on Saturday, November 18, 2023. Frank was born in California on February 28, 1936. After high school Frank continued his education and received his bachelor degree. Frank had a career of being a civil servant in aerospace. He had over 16 years of experience.
