Barbara Fryer

Barbara Fryer was born December 13, 1950 in Chester Pennsylvania to Herman Fryer & Betty Jean Thomas (both predeceased).

Barbara answered the Gods call on Wednesday September 11, 2013 at 1:10am in the comfort of her home. She was a devoted Missionary and a loving and virtuous woman of God. Barbara lived in Chester PA for many years she moved to Rockford Ill, and in August of 1985, she relocated to California where she obtained her Associates degree in Social Science from Chaffey College and she worked as a Child Support Associate for San Bernardino County for 18+years before retiring.

This “Grand Diva” was a devoted Mother. Great-grandmother, godmother, sister, aunt, friend, counselor, prayer partner, and the most beautiful woman you ever want to meet. She had a smile so bright that it spoke volumes.

Barbara leaves to cherish her memory 3 daughters: Shenita “Big Diva” Boyd, Kim (Renee) “Missionary Diva” Fryer, Brandy “Baby Diva” Bryant. 4 Sisters: “Lil” Betty Fletcher (Rockford, Ill), Brenda “Penny” Pickett (Philadelphia PA), Joyce Ann Thomas (Rockford Ill.), Heather “Lulu” Thomas (Kentucky). 2 Brothers Herman Fryer, Terry Fryer (both predeceased). 8 Grandkids: Justin, Nicholas, Neko, Kayla, September, Alyssa, Samyiah, Kani. 3 Great-grands: Malachi, Gabriel, Ariel. 1 God-daughter: Brenae. A host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Special Friends: Tamara, Selina, Yolanda, Deana, Linda, Rose, Bernice, Barbara L, Evelyn & Jackie. Our “Angel” will truly be missed but her legacy will live on. We love you “Grand Diva”.
