Alberto "Big Al" Marquez

"Big Al", 42, of Ontario, California, went home to be with the Lord on February 25th, 2015. He was born May 11, 1972 in Upland, California. He is a loving Son, Brother, Uncle and friend to all. Albert graduated from Ontario High School in 1990; where he played baseball and had the opportunity to play in two CIF playoffs. He was also picked All League for two seasons. Albert was a manager for Downs U-Haul and Leerock Foundry for twenty four years. Albert loved his family very much. He loved life and he especially loved baseball. Albert is survived by his Mother Alberta Saldana of Ontario, his Father Daniel G. Marquez and his Stepmother Raquel Marquez of Ontario. He was preceded in death by his Brother Arthur R. Galindo. He is also survived by his brothers, Daniel Marquez of Rancho Cucamonga, Chemosh Marquez of Chino, Danny Marquez of Arizona, George Lopez of Fontana, Robert Ewing of Ontario, David Marquez of Fontana; his sisters Chantal Ewing-Iniguez of Fontana and Chandel Marquez of Bloomington. Albert was known for his big heart and contagious smile. We will always love you! Viewing will be held from 5-9 p.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at Draper Mortuary, 811 N. Mountain Ave., Ontario. Church services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 12, 2015 at St. Mary Margaret Parish, 12686 Central Ave., Chino.
