Pamela was born on July, 7, 1963, in Oneonta, the daughter of Anna Louise Hamm and Leroy Allen Wilson.
Pam spent the majority of her life in the Otsego County area. She graduated from Morris Central School. Pam was a humble, kind hearted, and caring person who often put her needs behind the needs of others. She was open minded and accepted people just as they were.
Pam started a family at an early age. She was a very devoted mother and took many children under her wing throughout her lifetime. She enjoyed large family gatherings where she could prepare food and watch her family interact with each other. Pam loved her children and grandchildren beyond measure and did everything within her means to be certain that they are were very aware of this. She attended sporting events, dance recitals, birthday parties, and other activities that they participated in to show her love and support.
She is survived by her mother, Anna Hamm and her step-father, Arthur “Joe” Jackson. Her siblings, Amy, Bernadette, Roger, Francine, Jolene, and Jenette. Her children, Crystal Hamm, Jonathan Owens, Samone Wilson, and son-in-law, Jason Jester. Her stepchildren, Rebecca Livingston, Angela Van Buren, and Heather Lum. Her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Miranda, Blake, Maya, Madison, Samantha, Diezel, Dominick, Destiny, Trinity, Owen, and Kylo. Her step-grandchildren Randy, Amanda, Lily, Timothy, Catherine, Eddie, and Matthew, and her friend and previous husband, Timothy Van Buren. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
She is predeceased by her father, Leroy Wilson, daughter, Phyllis Jester, daughter-in-law, Kelly Owens, her step-granddaughter, Cheyenn Aubry and her longtime partner, Robert Glendenning.
A celebration of life will be held in November.
