N. Phyllis Roberts

1932 - 2018

Naomi Phyllis Roberts, 86 of Otego, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 11, 2018.

She was born on November 3, 1932 in Otego, the daughter of Clayton and Pauline (Richardson) Perry. She married Richard (Dick) Roberts on September 27, 1957.

Phyllis is survived by her husband, Dick Roberts; children: Rich (Nancy) Roberts of York, PA and Cindy (Tom) Dubots of Big Flats, NY; grandchildren: Kristin (Dan) Brenner, Danielle Roberts, Marc Roberts, Melissa Dubots, Erin Dubots, and Brian Dubots; one great grandchild: Owen Brenner; sister: Dawn Beers; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Phyllis was employed by New York Telephone and AT&T, having a total of 25 years of service in various supervisory roles.

Active in the community, she was a Cub Scout Den Mother, a member of the Allendale Parent Teacher Organization, a School Crossing Guard, a member of the Otego Historical Association, a member of the Telephone Pioneers, and the Secretary/Treasurer for the Otsdawa Cemetery.

Of the many hobbies she enjoyed, gardening, camping, bowling, and crafts were her favorites.

Friends are invited to greet the family on Saturday, November 24, 2018 from 10 am to 12 pm at the First Christian Church of Otego, 704 County Route 6, Otego and attend the funeral service immediately following at 12 pm. Burial will take place in Evergreen Cemetery, Main Street, Otego.

All are invited to join the family at the First Christian Church for a reception following the funeral.
