Douglas Allen Dorman

He was born on July 18, 1950 in Amsterdam, NY, the son of Robert and Janet (Sawyer) Dorman.

Doug loved the outdoors. He loved to hunt and fish. He also loved to watch his westerns. He was always ready to help anyone in need and be there for friends and family to lend a helping hand.

He is survived by his loving wife, Betty Dorman of Milford, NY; sons James (Amber) Dorman of Milford NY, Michael Dorman of Gloversville, NY; brother Raymond (Julie) Dorman of Brookfield, FL; sisters Bobette Bogardus (Dennis Kruger) of Broadalbin, NY and Nanette (Brian) Mayes of Selkirk, NY; several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents Robert and Janet Dorman; a daughter Stacie Dorman; and brother James Dorman.

He will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 27 years, and precious granddaughter.

A celebration of life will be held at the Milford Fish and Game Club on Sunday, September 17th at 3pm. Please join us in remembering our loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.
