He was predeceased by his wife, Irene, son, Patrick, and stepchildren June Green and Gilbert Collins.
He is survived by his daughter in-law, Rebecca Peck (husband Patrick) and son in-law Robert Green (wife June).
Loved by his 8 grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren, he was “Grandpa Peck” to many.
He enjoyed farming, hunting, traveling and his dogs.
DeVillo was a Milford school graduate, a WWII veteran and Union Laborer.
As one of Jehovah’s Witnesses since 1964, he spent many hours telling others of the Bible’s wonderful hope for mankind.
A memorial service will be held on March 18 at 1 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 3985 NY 23, West Oneonta.
