Teresa Ann Herzog, age 51, of Omaha, went to be with the Lord on Thursday August 9, 2018. Teresa was born July 6, 1967. Teresa is survived by her loving parents; Mary and Harlan Purcell; Aunts Margaret Kruse, Dora Pierson, Daisy Thomas, and Sally Ellis; many cousins, other relatives and a host of friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at Crosby Burket Swanson Golden Colonial Chapel from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. A Celebration of Life will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at Crosby Burket Swanson Golden Chapel.
