Susan Carol Smith was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Nelson; children, Michael (Amy), Mikayla (Abby), Jacqueline; brother, Steven (Mindi); stepfather, Robert Sieborg; stepmother, Nel Kurtz; aunt, Doris Amanna; six grandchildren; birth family, Caroline, Alyda, Theresa, Peter, and nephew Denny; many in-laws, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and many more family and friends. Preceded in death by parents, Richard Kurtz and Carol Sieborg; and many loved ones.
VISITATION: Sunday, December 16, 2-4pm. FUNERAL SERVICE: Monday, December 17 at 12pm with Interment to follow. All services at Westlawn-Hillcrest. In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to Donate Life.
