Preceded in death by husband, William. Survived by daughter, Casey Lutz (Adam Konfrst); grandchildren, Alexis Polak, Sawyer Konfrst, Lucas Konfrst; sisters, Sally (Al) Ballard, Stephanie (Tim) Keil, and Sandy (Gerry) Sweet; nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 5 at 11 am with Visitation starting at 10 am at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, 5529 Leavenworth St. Following the service will be a tribute performed by the Nebraska Nurse Honor Guard.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations will be directed by the family.
