Preceded in death by step-father, Jerry Victor; son, Franklin D. Mascarello III; and grandparents. Survived by caring wife of 21 years, Christine; children, Beth (Randy), Nathaniel, Patrick (Kindalynn), and Liz (Patrick); parents, Edna Victor, Hub Masters, and Wayne Harroun; siblings, Diane (Tom), Debi (Barry), and Paul (Kim); 12 grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
