Richard was born on March 11, 1959 and raised in Omaha, NE. Ricky was no stranger to a good day's work. Throughout his entire working life, you could find him wearing many different hats within the world of construction, even owning his own roofing company for a short time. Ricky was always a free spirit who loved to enjoy life and knew how to have a good time.
If you were lucky enough to spend some down time with him, you'd find yourself on the receiving end of fascinating stories, hilarious jokes, and watching acrobatic stunts. Ricky loved spending time in the great outdoors. He enjoyed camping, canoeing, fishing and just relaxing in the elements with his family and friends. You just had to be careful about getting on the water with him as he was oddly good at sinking a boat. He was an excellent person to sit down and play a game with, as long as you didn't mind losing a game of Dominoes.
A celebration of life for Ricky will be held Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Harold's Bar, 8558 Blondo St, Omaha, NE 68134.
